How do you exercise like I can’t even.
I mean I have all these workouts and stuff on my pinterest but when I get out to do it I just feel really awkward and I feel like they’ll never work.
It’s a really awkward feeling and I don’t know. I just hate myself anymore.
It’s not like I want to starve myself I just want to be healthy. Like right now I’ve laid in my bed on tumblr for 2 hours. I need to get up I feel gross.
I don’t know if I can. I’ll get tat awkward feeling then come back to bed and cry.
